Terms of Use – Revline 1

Welcome to Revline 1 ("Revline," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revline web application, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform.

By accessing or using Revline 1, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service.

1. Eligibility Revline is designed for individuals who own or maintain vehicles. While there is no strict age restriction, by using this service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally permitted to operate or maintain a vehicle in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Social Login You may register via third-party authentication providers such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Zitadel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

3. Personal Information and User Content Revline allows you to submit personally identifiable information ("PII") such as your name, email, and images (including profile pictures and images of your car).

You agree:

• Not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• To upload only images of your own vehicle or property.
• Not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.

You retain all rights to your content but grant Revline a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your uploaded content within the app and related features, including the community feed and event listings.

4. Community and Commercial Features Revline includes community features that enable users to view updates, attend events (via VeloMeet), and engage with content shared by others. Additionally, the platform may display advertisements and sponsored listings from garages, service providers, and other partners.

You may not use Revline for commercial promotion unless authorized by us.

5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

• Abuse API endpoints or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Upload spam content or excessive media not related to automotive interests.
• Circumvent storage limits or usage policies.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate your account if we detect behavior that violates these Terms or disrupts the service.

6. Termination You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at revlineone@gmail.com. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform.

7. Payment and Subscriptions Revline operates on a freemium model. Certain features may be available only through a paid subscription, processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and understand that subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Third-Party Services Revline integrates with third-party services such as Zitadel, Google, Facebook, Stripe, and VeloMeet. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any data handling or service issues originating from these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law, Revline disclaims any warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. All disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the app or email. Continued use after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
